When fire meets fiber optics. When ancient faith collides with modern innovation. When a prayer altar goes global with just a click.
Over 1 million lives impacted by the digital revival.
NSPPD has become one of the world’s largest online prayer movements, proving that “What God Cannot Do, Does Not Exist” is more than a slogan — it’s a divine reality made digital.
This book captures the essence of faith evolving through fiber optics — a testimony of how Africa’s spiritual awakening is reshaping global Christianity.
Christians constantly pray for a new move of God – for God’s intervention in our nation. Unfortunately, when God moves, they rarely recognize it. We mock that our country prays a lot, yet we never consider a strategic conversion of faith into a national asset. We need a new generation of leaders who will see faith as an untapped capital – shifting it from superstition which cripple reason, to faith — which when intelligently directed — can mobilize hope, discipline, and resilience. The challenge is to move from passive belief to productive belief.
God has been a major stakeholder in Nigeria, and yet we struggle to officially convert this value to aid sustainable development of the society. The annulment of the June 12, 1993 elections threw the nation into prolonged turmoil. The tension was palpable. In 1998, the stalemate was resolved mysteriously, so much so that Newspapers like The Guardian, ThisDay, and Newswatch reportedly described “Divine Intervention”, as the metaphoric “Man of the Year.” This act suggested that only God could have resolved Nigeria’s crisis that swiftly.
The labor of the people of faith during this time cannot be contradicted. Church leaders earnestly prayed. Recall the ‘Battle of the Gods’ at TBS during that period. Pastor E.A. Adeboye and other Men of God mobilized a national prayer crusade.
To a nation steeped in faith, can the divine not help it strengthen its human development index, and subsequently its socioeconomic potentials? It is in the light of this that we celebrate the strides of NSPPD under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Eze. By building a digital framework for fellowship that transcends Africa, he has opened up a channel that empowers people beyond faith.
Whether you are a believer seeking deeper understanding, a leader preparing your church for the digital age, or a thinker curious about Africa’s spiritual renaissance, this book will ignite your imagination and challenge your convictions.
